Salman Khan’s fans don’t panic! Food Hall is renowned not only for its diverse gourmet offerings but also its celebrity clientele. In the past, it had attracted Bollywood stars including Deepika Padukone, Saif Ali Khan, Sara Ali Khan, Disha Patani, Ananya Panday, and Sunny Leone, who often had been captured by paparazzi. However, the four-story establishment, previously owned by superstar Salman Khan, was vacated by Food Hall a few months ago. It has now given way to a new establishment, Food Square.
This news development has been confirmed by the news portal Economic Times.
According to the report, “Salman Khan bought the property at Linking Road, Santacruz West, Mumbai in 2012 for around Rs. 120 crores with the intention to use it for commercial purposes. It was leased out to Food Hall in July 2017.”
During that period, it was announced that the agreement entailed a monthly rent of Rs. 80 lakhs for the initial five years, following which it would escalate to Rs. 89.60 lakhs per month. Additionally, the financially struggling Future Group had provided Salman Khan with a deposit of Rs. 2.40 crore.

Salman Khan, popularly known as Tiger, is making a comeback! His upcoming film, "Tiger 3," featuring Salman himself along with Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi, is scheduled for a Diwali 2023 release. But before that, Salman will be sharing a special message for his fans on Wednesday.
Today, film trade analyst Manobala Vijayabalan took to microblogging site X and wrote, "Megastar Salman Khan's Tiger 3 teaser confirmed for September 27." As per a Pinkvilla report, the video titled ‘Tiger Ka Message (Tiger’s message)' will act as a precursor to the trailer of Tiger 3.
Next year, Salman Khan will also feature in a film opposite Shah Rukh Khan titled ‘Tiger Vs Pathaan’.
