It was announced the other day that Gautham Menon, Venkat Prabhu, Karthik Subbaraj, Lokesh Kanagaraj and Nelson Dilipkumar will unveil the title and motion poster of Santhanam's next project. The movie has been titled Gulu Gulu and the makers have a reason as to why they have come up with this title in the two-minute motion poster, which hints at the film involving a fancy van as its main element.

Santhanam is likely to be playing a tourist in the movie which has been directed by Rathna Kumar of Meyaadha Maan (streaming on Zee5) and Aadai (streaming on Amazon Prime Video) fame. Athulya Chandra, Namitha Krishnamurthy, Pradeep Rawat and Mariyam George will be essaying key roles in the film which has Vijay Kartik Kannan cranking the camera.

Santhosh Narayanan has been roped in to compose music; he was the music director for Santhanam's Parris Jeyaraj (streaming on MX Player) as well. Philomin Raj and Jacki were brought on board for editing and helming art direction respectively for Gulu Gulu.

Don Ashok and Hari Dinesh have jointly choreographed action scenes for the project which has been produced by Raj Narayanan under Circle Box Entertainment. Rathna Kumar, who last worked in Lokesh's Master (streaming on Amazon Prime Video) as the dialogue writer, has penned dialogues for the director's upcoming movie Vikram, too.

Santhanam, who was last seen in Sabhaapathy (streaming on Amazon Prime Video), has Manoj Beedha's Agent Kannayiram and an untitled film with Sandalwood filmmaker Prashanth Raj in his kitty. While the former has Riya Suman paired opposite the actor, the latter has Tanya Hope on board as its female lead.
