Actor Suriya, last seen in Retro, is shooting for multiple projects, one of them being Suriya 45, which is written and directed by actor-filmmaker RJ Balaji. The film’s music is scored by Sai Abhyankkar and going by his latest post on X, fans can expect the teaser of the film to drop very soon.
Suriya 45 update: Makers to drop a banger teaser very soon?
With a loyal fanbase for actor Suriya, one of the most expected announcements from his side is an update on Suriya 45, a tentatively titled project announced a while ago. The film will mark the first time Suriya will be collaborating with RJ Balaji, who is directing the film.
While at the time of project launch, it was announced that AR Rahman would be scoring the music, indie musician Sai Abhyankkar has replaced the former. The young composer known for his hit single tracks like Aasa Kuda and Katchi Sera, took to social media to share a cryptic post teasing the audience with an upcoming teaser of the film. "#Suriya45 reveal teaser droppin soon," he wrote.
Suriya 45 is produced by Dream Warrior Pictures on a big scale and will feature prominent cast members. Actor Trisha, who was recently seen in Thug Life, will pair up with Suriya after a long time. Yogi Babu, Indrans, Swasika, Sshivada, Natarajan Subramaniam aka Natty, Anagha Maaya Ravi, Supreeth Reddy, and others are also part of the film. GK Vishnu will be cranking the camera with Vikram Mor handling the action choreography of the film. R Kalavanan is the editor. Arjun Venjaramoodu handles the production design.

Suriya 46 goes on floors
Meanwhile, Suriya has begun shooting for his next project, Suriya 46, with Telugu director Venky Atluri. Starring Mamitha Baiju, Radikaa Sarathkumar, Raveena Tandon, and others, the film has music scored by GV Prakash Kumar. A release date is yet to be announced by the makers.
