This video of Katrina Kaif and Rani Mukerji at Durga Puja makes us wish they work in a film together already!

Katrina Kaif has joined Rani Mukerji for Durga Puja. She celebrated Moho Navami with the actress in Mumbai. This is the first time that Katrina and Rani were seen together for Durga Puja. While Katrina went ahead and posed for the media first, Rani followed and gave the paps memorable photos of the two.

What Katrina and Rani wore

Katrina looked gorgeous in a yellow saree. She paired it up with a red bindi, long earrings and matching bangles. She left her hair unkempt. Meanwhile, Rani tied her hair with a gajra and donned a golden saree with grey borders. She too wore a red bindi, long necklace and matching bangles for the occasion.

Have Katrina and Rani worked together?

Katrina and Rani are yet to work in a movie together. They are, however, associated through YRF. While Rani is a part of YRF’s Mardaani franchise and is married to the owner, Aditya Chopra, Katrina has worked in various YRF projects. Her most memorable one remains the Tiger franchise, which is a part of the YRF Spy Universe. Nonetheless, the internet is already in awe of the two actresses coming together and we cannot see them together in a film either.

On the work front

Katrina will be seen in Maneesh Sharma’s Tiger 3 next. The film stars Salman Khan as the male protagonist and Emraan Hashmi as the antagonist. The film is the second from the universe this year after Shah Rukh Khan-Deepika Padukone-John Abraham’s Pathaan.

Rani was last seen in Mrs. Chatterjee vs Norway. The movie was declared a sleeper hit. Her last YRF film was Bunty Aur Babli 2 with Saif Ali Khan, Siddhant Chaturvedi and Sharvari Wagh. The movie is a sequel to her 2005 film which starred Abhishek Bachchan and Amitabh Bachchan in pivotal roles. The film also featured Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in the special dance number, Kajra Re. Rani is yet to announce her next film.
