In a crossover to delight Indian cinephiles, Bollywood and the Marvel Cinematic Universe have come together, courtesy of the efforts made by a fan. A video has recently surfaced that delightfully brings the two worlds together, through the Baadshah of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan himself, and Doctor Strange.

A fan created a mashup video, which featured clips from the trailer of Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness, set against the song Baadshah O’ Baadshah. The song is from the soundtrack of the 1999 film, Baadshah, which starred Shah Rukh Khan and Twinkle Khanna in lead roles.

The video was posted on the Instagram handle of The Adult Society and in the caption, the user mentioned that although Strange is the ‘Badshah’ of the multiverse, Khan was our ‘Badshah’.

It's a great time for Khan’s fans, as the actor’s highly anticipated film, Pathaan, finally announced its release date recently . The film features the actor's comeback to the big screen after almost three years. His last big-screen appearance was in the 2018 film Zero. A pan-Indian film, Pathan is directed by Siddharth Anand and also stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in pivotal roles. Khan is also working on a film with filmmaker Atlee at the moment.

Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness, which stars Benedict Cumberbatch as the titular protagonist, has also stoked fans' expectations since its trailer release. The film, directed by Sam Raimi, also features Elizabeth Olsen, Benedict Wong, Rachel McAdams and Chiwetel Ejiofor, among others. It is slated to be released in theatres on May 6, 2022.
