When Salman Khan took a taxi to college but didn't have enough money to cover the fare

Salman Khan described a time in his undergraduate years when he couldn't afford to pay the taxi driver and was let off in the middle of the road. When he eventually ran into him again, though, he paid the whole amount plus interest.

Salman said on The Kapil Sharma Show that they often took the train to get to college, but on occasion, they wanted to travel in comfort, so he chose to take a cab one day. The amusing aspect was that the superstar did not have enough cash to pay for the taxi, so he told the driver he would acquire some cash and give it to him when he got to his college a few lanes away, but he never showed up.

Currently, Salman is preoccupied with the marketing of his new movie, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. To promote their movie, Salman joined the cast of his movie, which also included Pooja Hegde, Shehnaaz Gill, Raghav Juyal, Palak Tiwari, Jassi Gill, Siddharth Nigam, Vinali Bhatnagar, and Sukhbir, on The Kapil Sharma Show.

Salman discussed his early years and how he used to take the train since he couldn't afford to take a taxi every day during a chat with the presenter. To be safe, he chose to take a cab to his college, but he fled before paying the fee. He ran into the same driver again when he started working in the business years later, and this time he paid him all the money with interest.

Then, Salman said that he ultimately got into modelling and started making quite a bit of money, so once again he chose to take a taxi home. The superstar flagged down a cab and got in, but the driver kept mentioning that he had previously seen him elsewhere. When he assured him he would collect the money once he got home, he snapped back as soon as he recognised Salman. But the star made sure to return the last-due money with interest, and they both laughed at the predicament.
