Wonderful World Episode 3 Story

The third episode of Kim Nam-joo-starrer Wonderful World explored the story of both the lead characters, Soo-hyun (Kim Nam-joo) and Kwon Sun-yool (Cha Eun-woo), along with their intertwined fates. Starting with Soo-hyun's new beginning after being imprisoned for 7 years, this emotionally charged episode features her reunion with her family and also getting back with her husband, Suho.

Kwon Sun-yool (Cha Eun-Woo) teams up with Soo-hyun with an emotional note as she calls herself ‘Guardian.’ However, it was not just happy moments; the episode ended with an intriguing cliffhanger that points the needle of suspicion at everyone.

Wonderful World Episode 3 Review

The third episode explores the power of time and how humans learn to suppress their pain and emotions with each passing moment. It also progresses with Soo-hyun's release as she finds acceptance in her family.

While it portrays emotional support for Soo-hyun as she finds her confidante in her husband Suho and family, Kwon Sun-yool is seen struggling with the harsh reality of loneliness and the baggage of loneliness.

Every character has a well-executed development with a hint of mystery that unravels in each episode. Suho is one of the most twisted and unexpected characters, as it reflects on his gray shade.

With some flashback sequences that showed Gunwoo’s sweet memories, Episode 3 offered a rollercoaster ride of emotions. A new character, who is hinted to be the grown-up son of the man who Soo-hyun's killed in the first episode (killer of her son) as her vigilante revenge, becomes a key character for the upcoming episodes.

Despite being an hour-long, Wonderful World Episode 3 is a compelling watch that won’t weigh heavy because of its intriguing story that is filled with mystery.
