Writer Padmabhushan OTT release: Zee 5 hoping record views for the Suhas starrer

Writer Padmabhushan was promoted in such a way that it caught the imagination of many. With the film also living up to all the hype, the makers earned solid profits at the box office. Suhas played the main lead in this family drama which is all set to stream from the 17th of this month on Zee5. There is a good buzz for the OTT release as well.

Suhas has seen popularity on the OTT platforms as his film Color Photo was released on Aha and ended up winning a National Film Award last year. Also, Suhas has not come to that range where the audience would throng the theaters to watch his films. As he is quite popular on social media for doing good films, his movies get solid reception on OTT.

The people behind Zee5 are also hoping that Writer Padmabhushan will clock record minutes for a small Telugu film. Their recent Telugu show Puli Meka clocked over 100 million minutes and the same is being expected for this film as well. The OTT release promotions are also solid that the hype created for the digital release has gone to the next level.

Chai Bisket Films and Lahari jointly produced Writer Padmabhushan which also had Rohini and Ashish Vidhyarthi in key supporting roles. The film's music was also appreciated a lot and Suhas's performance in the climax and the fun segments made this film a big hit at the box office. How much will it create an impact on OTT, only time will tell.
