Amrutham

Written & Created by Gangaraju Gunnam, Amrutham is a Telugu comedy sitcom that ran from 2001 to 2007 starring Harsha Vardhan, Shiva Raja & Naresh. During its airing period, the show remained at Number 1 for 7 straight years. The story revolves around Amrutham who runs a restaurant business in Hyderabad with his friend Anji who tries anything & everything to bring good fortune to the restaurant. Both dream to take their restaurant business to new heights and in pursuit of that they come up with schemes that terribly fail and make the audience laugh intolerably. The show is light hearted with their character's innocence & authenticity.
