In the barren desert wasteland known as SandLand, humans and demons eke out a living, plagued by constant thirst due to the exorbitant cost of water. Seeking relief, an elderly sheriff enlists the help of Beezlebub to locate the fabled Phantom Lake. Together with a skilled thief, they confront the king's army and unravel numerous enigmas along the way.
