Trailers To Expect At Super Bowl 2024

The craze around the big gala night, red carpets, award shows, acceptance speeches, and couture dresses is at its peak in Hollywood, as the industry has witnessed three massive award nights in just the first fortnight of the new year. Yes, we are talking about the Golden Globes, Critics Choice Awards, and Emmy Awards. But everything takes a back seat the day the monstrous event takes place, and we are indeed talking about Super Bowl 2024. While many things are expected from the night, there will also be anticipation of which movie trailers we will get to witness during the break time.

The curiosity around who will perform at the Super Bowl LVIII is, of course, at its peak and will stay the same until the very last day. But one cannot deny the euphoria around TV spots because there is so much to look forward to in 2024. So every TV spot during the Super Bowl is going to be a very interesting space because there is a chance we might end up getting many trailers for the most anticipated movies of the year.

House Of The Dragon 2

HBO’s hit prequel to Game Of Thrones is finally getting a sequel, and the teaser that made its way to the internet recently held the audience in a chokehold. So the demand for a trailer is intense and for a release date even more. What better time to give both to the audience when they are already hooked on their TV sets with an intense attention span?

Joker: Folie à Deux

Think of it: Joaquin Phoenix breaks through your screen while the Super Bowl has given you a breathing window. But wait, there is Lady Gaga too, with her newly discovered powerful acting chops and her voice, where she now plays a musical Harley Quinn. The audience might be up for a maximum surprise, and this will be the craziest trailer to be played during the night. Joker is set to release on October 4, 2024.

Despicable Me 4

Minions are back, and our love for them being revived during a night that will have us all enjoy it at the same point with millions of people will make it even more special. Despicable Me 4 has been one of the most anticipated movies for a very long time, and if this happens to be true, nothing can be sweeter than this. The film hits the big screen on July 3, 2024.

Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire

After a brilliant installment, the franchise is back with Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire. While we have already seen the movie's first trailer, this one is an exception on the list. But what is also worth mentioning is that the Super Bowl is a home for action drama and charged trailers. So there is no better place to have a second trailer release for this one. The film hits the big screen on March 29, 2024.

Inside Out 2

It is a sequel to an Oscar-winning movie that is one of the biggest Pixar films, with a box office of over $800 million. This means the sequel is anyway one of the most awaited and anticipated movies, and there is no better place to give the audience a surprise than by serving the trailer. Inside Out 2 releases on June 14, 2024.

Deadpool 3

There is already a rumour that Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman's most-anticipated superhero movie, Deadpool 3, will have a trailer launch at the Super Bowl. But this will be the biggest of them all if it happens to be true, and the world will go crazy with the trailer. However, it might just end up diverting attention from the Super Bowl. Deadpool 3 is set to release on July 26, 2024.
