Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan made their acting debut together with the film Student Of The Year. The actors share a special friendship and are even called 'Varia' by their fans. Today, Varun turned 37 years old, and on his special day, Alia took to her social media account to wish the 'Baby John' actor a happy birthday.

Alia took to her Instagram account and shared Varun's Baby John post and wrote: "Happy Birthday Baby John". The post has Varun Dhawan from the BTS from the set of his upcoming film Baby John.

While sharing this post Varun had earlier written: “#BABYJOHN -day 70 Filming relentlessly till the sun didn’t rise and then also our unit kept going. One of the hardest shoots Iv been on#grind"
Earlier Kiara Advani also took to her Instagram account and wished her JugJugg Jeeyo co-star on his special day. Alongside a video, where both actors are seen singing in a throwback video, Kiara wrote: "Happy Birthday Vee Dee. Gaate raho, muskurate raho. Jug Jugg Jeeyo mere dost."
Many other celebrities including Katrina Kaif, Sidharth Malhotra, and Arjun Kapoor, among others also sent their heartfelt wishes.
The Kalank actor, who celebrated his birthday today gave fans a sneak peak from his birthday celebrations by sharing a picture from the intimate party. He captioned the post: "Growing, learning and yet trying to stay the same thank u for all the wonderful wishes and love. P.s - I ate very lil bit of that cake since I start a new movie 🎥 very soon so very excited about that !!!!"
Varan Dhawan's projects
Varun Dhawan is currently gearing up for his upcoming action film, Baby John. The film is helmed by A. Kaleeswaran and also stars Wamiwa Gabbi and Keerthy Suresh. Today, the makers treated fans with a new intense poster from the film featuring Varun. Take a look at the poster here:
