Chatha Pacha Week 1 box office collection: The Malayalam film Chatha Pacha, which made a solid opening, has entered its second week at the box office. Starring actors Arjun Ashokan and Roshan Mathew in the lead, the film has witnessed a drop in earnings, but is performing much better than Nivin Pauly’s movie Baby Girl, which never really took off.

What is Chatha Pacha week 1 box office collection

The 2026 Malayalam film Chatha Pacha: The Ring of Rowdies released in theaters on January 22, followed by the thriller Baby Girl on January 23. Chatha Pacha minted Rs 3.4 crore, as per Sacnilk, while Baby Girl managed only Rs 0.75 Cr on opening day. Despite trolled for Mammootty’s cameo, Chatha Pacha made Rs 2 crore in the next three days but has dropped below Rs 1 crore on weekdays. Chatha Pacha’s total worldwide collection stands at Rs 28 crore.

Baby Girl, helmed by Arun Varma, was able to earn Rs 1 crore only on day 3, and the rest of the day earnings were in lakhs. On day 6, the Nivin Pauly-starrer made Rs 0.18 crore and the total India net collections is at Rs 3.53 crore.

Chatha Pacha revolves around Savio and Little who start a wrestling club in Kochi, along with other misfits. Their buddy Vetri also joins them, but trouble begins when a dark secret from the past is revealed. Apart from Arjun and Roshan, Vishak Nair and Ishan Shoukath play other key roles. Megastar Mammootty is also seen in a cameo as Bullet Walter, but it did not have the desired impact.
