Only three days are left for Coolie release, the much-anticipated Tamil film starring Rajinikanth in the lead role. However, the advance bookings for the action thriller have already been raging, with the tickets getting sold like hot cakes. As per Sacnilk's latest report on Monday, Coolie's first day advance bookings in India stands at Rs 13.26 crore across languages including Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, and Kannada. This comes from over six lakhs of tickets sold so far, with three more days to go for the collection to increase. Out of the Rs 13 crore, the majority of share (Rs 12 crore) comes from Tamil shows, followed by Hindi with Rs 19 lakh. Including the blocked seats, the film's pre-sales gross is Rs 19.61 crore in India. Meanwhile, on a global level, Coolie’s worldwide pre-sales have crossed Rs 50 crore. The Rajinikanth film has seen strong overseas booking trends especially in countries like US, UK, and Canada. In addition to this, Coolie is also dominating the south, as opposed to its rival film War 2, which is trailing behind with mere Rs 2 crore.

Coolie FDFS timings, censor and runtime details

As usual, Coolie will have premiere shows overseas, followed by FDFS shows as early as 6 am in states like Karnataka and Kerala. Cities like Mumbai will also have morning shows, even with Coolie clashing with Hindi film War 2. The FDFS however in Tamil Nadu will begin only at 9 am due to government rules. Coolie has been censored A which means theatre premises will not be allowed moviegoers under 18 years of age to watch the film. The film has a runtime of two hours and 48 minutes.
