Starring Dilip Prabhavalkar in the lead role, the Subodh Khanolkar-directorial film is the highest-grossing Marathi movie of 2025. Also featuring Mahesh Manjrekar and Bharat Jadhav in pivotal roles, the movie is a mythological folklore that narrates the tale of an ageing Konkan folk artist. The film, set in Maharashtra's Konkan area, will start streaming on Zee5 (OTTplay Premium) from November 14. The movie saw its first jump on day 2. Witnessing a massive growth of 133.33%, Dashavatar earned Rs. 1.4 crore on its first Saturday from mere Rs. 0.6 crore on first Friday. The film witnessed further rise in Box Office collections on first Sunday as it earned Rs. 2.4 crore on day 3.
