Diwali is a special time to release big films in Telugu, and the same happened as much-awaited films—Telusu Kada, K-Ramp, and the Tamil-dubbed film Dude hit the screens. Among the three, Dude has emerged as a clear Diwali 2025 winner. When compared to Telusu Kada and K-Ramp, Dude has managed to make big money.

Dude dominates the Telugu box office

As per the tracking portal Sacnilk, Telusu Kada has made Rs 4 crore and K-Ramp has made Rs 4.5 crore. On the other hand, Dude has grossed just over Rs 7 crore and is expected to cross the Rs 10 crore mark in its first weekend.

Pradeep Ranganathan has a massive fan following in the Telugu states after the success of Love Today and Dragon, so his film created a decent buzz ever since the trailer was released online.

As Dude was backed by the makers of Pushpa, the Tamil film got good screens and opened to strong collections. If you look at occupancy, there is no denying the fact that Dude is seeing close to 70% occupancy in cities like Hyderabad, Vizag, and Vijayawada. The pre-release business was also done at a nominal rate, which is why the film has already managed to see profits.

Next in line is K-Ramp, which opened to mixed reviews but is still seeing decent crowds, as the film is clearly made for the masses. Kiran Abbavaram plays the main lead in this film, which has been directed by Jains Nani. Single screens and interiors of Andhra are seeing decent crowds for this film.

Telusu Kada opens to mixed reviews

Lastly, Siddhu Jonnalagadda's Telusu Kada is seeing low occupancy as it opened to many negative reviews. Directed by Neeraja Kona, the film has Raashii Khanna and Srinidhi Shetty as the female leads.
