About Pralay

Filmmaker Jai Mehta is taking a measured approach to making a post-apocalyptic zombie thriller, Pralay. The narrative is said to focus on the life of a survivor after a horrific disaster, with the zombie character serving as a lens for exploring social, psychological, and moral decline.

It is expected to present a reimagined version of Mumbai inspired by the visual scale of The Hunger Games, as the team plans to depict a ravaged city through a blend of physical set construction and artificial intelligence (AI) enhancements.
