Madras Matinee, the recently released Tamil film featuring Sathyaraj, Kaali Venkat, and others, is now available for streaming after its theatrical run. You can watch the drama film on SunNXT with your OTTplay Premium subscription.

A small budget film which released alongside Thug Life, Madras Matinee is now available for streaming. We had already reported that the film will stream on SunNXT. You can watch the film with OTTplay Premium subscription. It is also available on Tentkotta to stream. Written and directed by Karthikeyan Mani in his debut, the film features a cast comprising of Sathyaraj, Kaali Venkat, Roshini Haripriyan, Shelly, George Mariyan, Sunil Sugatha, Madhumitha, Geetha Kailasam, and Banupriya among others.

After an aging sci-fi writer is challenged to write a story about a common man, he begins to pen the story of the driver, exploring what an ordinary life can hold. Madras Matinee explores the lives of middle-class family, as it takes the lens of an auto-rickshaw driver. The film is produced by Madras Motion Pictures Production, with the technical crew consisting of cinematographer Anad GK, and music scored by KC Balasarangan. Satheesh Kumar Samuski is the editor.

Apart from Madras Matinee, there are other releases in Tamil that you can stream. Kamal Haasan and Mani Ratnam’s gangster action-drama Thug Life is streaming on Netflix, which also stars Trisha, Simbu and others.
