Coolie is gearing up for release in less than a month, and the hype has only been increasing as each day passes. Headlined by Rajinikanth and helmed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, the film is scheduled to release in theatres on August 14. The makers are leaving no stone unturned to increase the anticipations on the film. While the recently released single Monica is already garnering enough attention, Coolie makers are also planning for a Hyderabad event to launch the next song.

Coolie: Makers leave no stone unturned to promote Rajinikanth-Lokesh Kanagaraj film

Lokesh Kanagaraj who is one of the most celebrated filmmakers in Tamil industry is joining hands with none other than Rajinikanth for Coolie. The action thriller is being produced by Sun Pictures. The banner is carefully planning its marketing and promotions strategy, that with just a month left for release, one can hear nothing but about Coolie everywhere.

After the release of Chikitu single, it was only a week before the team unveiled Monica song. Featuring Pooja Hegde, the song garnered much attention; thanks to foot-tapping music by Anirudh Ravichander, and Soubin Shahir-Pooja Hegde’s screen presence. Now, Sun Pictures is planning to release the next single, Powerhouse, through an event to be held in Hyderabad. The team, including Nagarjuna, Shruti Haasan, and Lokesh Kanagaraj will be attending the launch, with Anirudh performing it.

One can expect that given the film has stars from across the industries, the makers might plan a separate event across states, and Coolie promotions might finally conclude in Chennai with Rajinikanth taking part. Coolie Vs War 2

Coolie will clash with War 2 on August 14. As per reports, Coolie will be having 8 weeks of window period before making OTT debut. At the northern belt, the film will have to face competition with War 2 featuring Hrithik Roshan and Junior NTR, is directed by Ayan Mukerji.

Starring Aamir khan in cameo appearance, along with Upendra, Sathyaraj and others, Coolie will not be LCU film.
