Nadikar on OTT: Where to watch Tovino Thomas' star-studded film in Telugu and Hindi

Nadikar on OTT - The movie will be accessible on SainaPlay in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi, apart from Malayalam. It is also expected to stream on Amazon Prime Video on the same day.

After more than a year of its theatrical release, the Malayalam film, Nadikar, has finally announced its online debut. It was recently reported that the movie, starring Tovino Thomas in the lead role, will be streaming on SainaPlay soon.

Nadikar on OTT in multiple languages

The movie will be accessible on SainaPlay in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi apart from Malayalam. It is also expected to stream on Amazon Prime Video on the same day. According to reports, Nadikar might make its OTT debut by the end of July. Many people who were unable to see the film in theatres are eagerly awaiting its digital release. Tovino's latest film, Narivetta, will begin streaming on Sony LIV as well as OTTplay Premium from July 11.

To the delight of the actor's fans, Nadikar, which debuted in theatres on May 3 of last year, will soon be accessible online. The movie was reportedly on its way to Netflix and was anticipated to be on the OTT platform within a few weeks of its theatrical debut. However, because of purported price disputes, the platform was unable to obtain the digital rights. Reports state that Netflix has been compelled to review the deal value due to the film's poor box office performance and unfavourable reviews.

Nadikar's plot and other details

In the movie, Tovino Thomas plays David Padikkal, a carefree young star who flees from his haunting past. Bhavana portrays his ex-girlfriend Ann Bava, while Soubin Shahir plays acting coach Bala. With a dash of humour, the film chronicles David's transformation from a star with irrational attitude to a performer who takes his work seriously. Suvin S Somasekharan has penned the screenplay for this film, which is directed by Lal Jr.

Although the film's script was deemed deficient, both critics and viewers appreciated Tovino's portrayal of David. The cast of Nadikar includes Suresh Krishna, Manikuttan, Divya Pillai, Shine Tom Chacko, Arun Kurian, Balu Varghese, Lal, Madhupal, Dhyan Sreenivasan, and Ranjith.
