The makers of the upcoming film Patriot dropped an update on February 16, stating that megastar Mammootty has completed dubbing his portions. They shared a video on Instagram, which showed Mammootty arriving at the studio in style, dubbing for his portions even as he held discussions with director Mahesh Narayanan. With the caption, ‘Aura unmatched. Presence undeniable’, the Patriot team confirmed that the film is on schedule for the April release.

The updates drop a week after Mohanalal completed dubbing. The makers had released a similar video of Mohanlal arriving at the studio, and wrapping up his dubbing last week. Patriot is especially awaited as it brings together Mammootty and Mohanlal on screen after 18 years.

Earlier, the Patriot team had also dropped a BTS video with the cast and crew on location in Sri Lanka. Apart from the the two big Ms, the BTS footage also showed the other key Patriot actors Fahadh Faasil and Kunchacko Boban. The film also features notable actresses with the likes of Nayanthara joining the Mammootty-Mohanlal film. Darshan Rajendran and veteran actress Revathy are also part of the film.
