Hence, Squid Game 3 picks up where the second one left off, with Gi-hun (Player 456) still reeling from the events of the previous games and the death of his friend Jung-bae. He is once again drawn into the fierce and deadly game, facing more dangerous challenges and difficult choices.

The Front Man, In-ho, continues his role, and Jun-ho does not stop his investigation, unaware of the potential betrayal within the organisation. This season will delve deeper into the Front Man and the origins of the games, culminating in a final confrontation between Gi-hun and In-ho.
