In a new interview with Pinkvilla, Ayushmann Khurrana and Nawazuddin Siddiqui were asked about the cameos in Thamma. The Vicky Donor actor said, “Aapko kya lag raha hai, kaun aa sakta hai? Hum toh bata nahi sakte, humein allowed nahi hai.” (What do you think? Who could appear? We can't say because we're not allowed to.)

When he was asked to share the number of cameos, Ayushmann said, “Kitne cameos hain?! Teen se chaar cameos hain. Teen toh hain hì.” (How many cameos? There are three to four. Three for sure.)

When asked specifically if Stree (Shraddha Kapoor) would make an appearance in Thamma, both actors gave an indirect answer and Ayushmann said, "Kaal ana." (Come, tomorrow).

The story of Thamma, described as a "bloody love story," is about a historian named Alok (Khurrana) who accidentally awakens an ancient vampire king, Yakshasan (Siddiqui).

He then falls in love with a mysterious vampire named Tadaka (Rashmika Mandanna), and the story revolves around their forbidden love as they face challenges from the ancient vampire king.
