The Malayalam movie, which is set to hit theatres on June 13 along with Roshan Mathew and Dileesh Pothan’s Ronth, doesn’t boast a huge star cast, but is among those films that the audiences are hoping would entertain them. This is primarily due to the previous movies of the team - including Vaazha - which managed to strike a chord, especially with the youngsters. The shoot of Vaazha 2 is currently on.

Basil also pointed out this in his review, saying that though the film doesn’t have a big scale or complicated plot, it manages to keep the audience “entertained for nearly two hours through sharp sarcasm, raw relationship drama and organic humour”.

The actor also pointed out that the real triumph of the film is its cast, who “perform like the camera doesn’t exist”. He lavished praise on the “fresh wave of new talent” that the film introduces to the film industry along with the familiar faces such as Anaswara Rajan, Baiju Santosh, Siju Sunny, Noby Marcose and Joemon Jyothir - “who lead from the front with stunningly lived-in performances”.
