Youth, the 2026 Tamil romantic comedy drama marked the debut of Ken Karunaas, who has written, directed, and helmed the film. The youthful entertainer, has been having a decent run at the box office, and we had also reported how it overtook Karthi’s Vaa Vaathiyaar. Now, as of its six-day run, Youth has made a total of Rs 28.85 crore in worldwide gross collection.

Ken Karunaas' latest film Youth has been having a good, competitor-free run at the box office, given no major release have been scheduled until the coming Friday (March 27) which will see the release of Happy Raj.
As per Sacnilk report, Youth has earned a worldwide gross of Rs 28.75 crore, making the film a commercially successful venture which has earned more than four times its reported budget of Rs 8 crore. However, on day 6, Youth did see a drop, precisely 18.3%, from Rs 2.40 crore (day 7) to Rs 1.96 crore in its daily earnings. Youth is currently the fifth highest grossing Tamil film so far, and has long way to go to catch up to With Love, which boasts about Rs 40 crore.
Youth is currently running in theatres, with its streaming rights bagged by Netflix. The film is expected to premiere sometime in the end of April. A coming-of-age story, Youth is about a 15-year-old Praveen whose only goal in life is to find his true love. However, when three girls from his school show interest on him, Praveen’s life changes, making him understand the true meaning of life and purpose of people around him. Ken Karunaas has acted in the lead role, with the cast including Suraj Venjaramoodu, Devadarshini, Meenakshi Dinesh, Anishma Anilkumar, Nalini, and others. GV Prakash has scored music for the film.
