- Participants of Lights Camera Question—The OTTplay Big Entertainment Quiz (“the Quiz”)
need to register themselves on the event website
for the event. If a participant does not register and participates in the Online Quiz, their entry will be disqualified. - Participants should provide a valid email ID and mobile number at the time of registration. This will be verified using an One Time Password (OTP).
- The email ID used for registration should be used through the different levels of Lights Camera Question—The OTTplay Big Entertainment Quiz. Using a different email ID will lead to disqualification.
- Participants should NOT register more than once for Lights Camera Question—The OTTplay Big Entertainment Quiz. Registering more than once using different email IDs and attempting the quizzes using different IDs will lead to disqualification.
- For the Online Quiz Round on November 30, 2023, participants should log in to Kahoot! at least five minutes before the commencement of the different rounds of the Quiz at 5 PM. Joining late may result in the participant not being able to answer questions and gain points.
- The decision of the proctors and quizmasters will be final and binding. Participants can register a grievance with the proctor / quizmaster either during or after the event, but the final decision will be made by the quizmasters.
- Participants who engage in disruptive behaviour, such as purposely distracting the quizmaster or triggering opponents can be removed from the competition at the discretion of the quizmaster.
- In case of any legal dispute, all disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
- Lights Camera Question—The OTTplay Big Entertainment Quiz is an Online Quiz with one individual round comprising both Multiple-choice and Type-in questions. Participants will be provided 30-60 seconds to answer every question.
- Participants are advised to NOT attempt the Online Quiz more than once and only use their registered ID. Attempting the quiz multiple times or using an unregistered email ID can lead to disqualification.
- Participants are advised to not open multiple tabs or switch between tabs during the Online Quiz as this may slow down the system and make it difficult for the participant to participate effectively.
- If a participant falls out of the platform during the Quiz owing to legitimate reasons, such as a power cut or internet connectivity issues, they are advised to re-login to the platform using the same username. Such participants are requested to send an e-mail to support@ht-school.com detailing their problem, so HT School can validate their claim and not disqualify them on the grounds of multiple attempts.
- Participants should submit their answers as soon as they finish answering. While the answer typed in will be submitted once the timer runs out, the participant will lose on gaining points awarded for timing.
- Participants need not focus on spellings. The system is calibrated to accept words that are close in spelling to the answer.
