The way action movies have now started looking at action with a vision to go a level up every single time is insane and crazy. There is so much happening in the genre that upping the game every single time is very much a mandate. But this also leads to moments where an accident brings a roadblock and people involved in the scenes are left injured. Sometimes it could be a stunt double, and very few times the actor himself. Recently, we talked about how Jason Statham had a near-death experience on the sets of Expendables 4 and how Keanu Reeves saw someone's head cut open in a scene while he was filming John Wick. Today, we talk about Aaron Taylor-Johnson suffering an injury while shooting Bullet Train.

Bullet Train, an action spectacle that impressed many, was the most anticipated movie of its time. While the film was all about Brad Pitt and how charming he is, there is also a lot more to marvel about in the movie. Like Aaron Taylor-Johnson, the actor who is about to be Kraven The Hunter in the Sony film, who was also very much present in a big way in the movie. But did you know he was left injured badly on the sets of the movie while performing an action sequence? Read on to know everything you should about the same.

As per Variety, Aaron Taylor-Johnson was talking about being a part of Bullet Train when he spoke about the action. He recalled how he was on a crazy keto diet and the blood sugar levels were not really good. He remembers getting kicked across a room in a scene and an open edge that wasn't padded well taking a piece out of his hand. “I was on some crazy mad Keto diet. Because I got all scrawny and lean for this, so I basically had low blood sugar levels. We were in a fight sequence and I got drop-kicked across the room.”

He added, “And the one sharp bit of the corner where there wasn’t any padding took a chunk out of my hand. And I literally went wham, passed out. And then I came back and was like ‘Should we go again?’ And they were like ‘No, no, no. You gotta go get stitches at the hospital.’ So then I spent the night in the hospital.”

Aaron Taylor-Johnson then added how when you work with David Leitch you have to be prepared for some bruises and scars. “You know, when you sign up for a David Leitch movie you know you gotta get a couple battle scars,” Taylor-Johnson said. “Some war wounds.”
