Bigg Boss, one of the most popular reality shows, has already been generating a lot of hype among fans with regard to the commencement of its upcoming season. While an official announcement regarding the show is yet to be made, we hear that it will premiere in October.

According to an article that appeared in Siasat, several candidates for the show are yet to be revealed, but social media is buzzing with excitement with regard to the celebrities who are likely to appear on the show. Shiney Ahuja has been hitting the headlines recently for the same. According to a source, the actor has been approached by the producers of Bigg Boss 16 and is almost certain to appear on the show. It is heard that talks between the show's creators and the star are still going on.

There were speculations that Splitsvilla 10 champion Baseer Ali is also likely to be part of the show. But the reality star rejected the news and has said that he was not contacted by anyone from the show so far.

Another rumour that is doing the rounds is that the producers of Bigg Boss 16 and Bigg Boss OTT 2 have approached 17 celebrities. However, it is uncertain who will accept the proposal at this time. The show's producers allegedly invited Arjun Bijlani, Divyanka Tripathi, Shivangi Joshi, Tina Dutta, Aarushi Dutta, Poonam Pandey, Shivam Sharma, Jay Dudhane, Munmun Dutta, Azma Fallah, Kat Christian, Jannat, Zubair, Faisal Shaikh, Kevin Almasifar, and Baseer Ali.

Shiney made his Bollywood debut in 2005 with the film Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi. The actor then went on to perform noteworthy roles in films such as Bhool Bhulaiya, Fanaa, Gangster, Life In A Metro, and many others before he was accused of raping his maid.
