Bigg Boss Season 17 Grand Finale is inching closer. Mannara Chopra, Munawar Faruqui, Abhishek Kumar, Ankita Lokhande, Vicky Jain and Arun Mashettey are the top 6 finalists of the reality show. Recently, a press conference was held inside the Bigg Boss house wherein contestants were grilled with respect to their performance on the show. During the interaction, a bunch of few reporters termed Mannara as a ‘wannabe’ and ‘desperate’ - a development which did not go down well among audiences.

Mannara Chopra asserts she is not a ‘doll'

Addressing the conference, Mannara clarified why her friendship with Munawar Faruqui ended on the show, in the backdrop of Munawar’s ex-girlfriend Ayesha Khan’s context. Mannara said, “As friends, Munawar and I did fight but we also like to spend time with each other. However, dynamics changed when Ayesha entered the show as a wildcard entry. Munawar stopped paying attention to me and we barely talked to each other. This development did irk me. Soon after Ayesha got eliminated from the show, Munawar again tried to be friends with me. But he must know that I am not a doll. I am not a doll without emotions. I come from a respectable family. I am not an ardent follower of any contestant on the show. I am not a lock that can be easily opened and closed with (Munawar-operated) keys.”

“I can be a friend. A guide. A buddy. But I am not a girl who gets easily swayed in emotions, especially if a person has ignored me for no reason. I stand by my word. If a person has not treated me well, it is likely that they will get a reaction from me,” she concluded.
