Dead Boy Detectives OTT release, trailer, plot, cast – Everything about Steve Yockey’s supernatural horror drama

A gripping trailer for Steve Yockey and Beth Schwartz’s supernatural-horror Netflix drama series ‘Dead Boy Detectives’ was released recently. The fantasy series that is slated to be released on April 25 is grabbing attention due to its twisted criminal cases. Based on Neil Gaiman and Matt Wagner’s DC Comics’ characters, the supernatural thriller revolves around two dead detectives and partners who serve justice to ghosts.

Adapted from a comic series by Neil Gaiman, Dead Boy Detectives is a new addition to The Sandman Universe.

The makers of Dead Boy Detectives released an eerie trailer that gives a glimpse into the supernatural creatures that ask for the detectives help in getting to the truth.

In the trailer, we meet the dynamic duo of dead detectives, Edwin and Charles, two best friends who are dedicated to helping supernatural entities find closure by investigating unsolved cases. “We help ghosts resolve their mysteries,” the detective duo says in the trailer.

Edwin and Charles are the best detectives on the Mortal Plane who adventurously escape evil witches, hell, and death in their quest for justice. They take up bizarre cases that no one else can solve and investigate the dark secrets to uncover the buried truth of paranormal cases. Aiding them are a clairvoyant named Crystal and her friend Niko.

The plot revolves around dead British teenagers Edwin Payne and Charles Rowland, best friends and partners in crimes, who team up with a clairvoyant friend, Crystal, to solve mysterious paranormal cases.

The stellar ensemble cast of Dead Boy Detectives features George Rexstrew as Edwin Payne, Jayden Revri as Charles Rowland, Kassius Nelson as clairvoyant Krystal, and Yuyu Kitamura as friend Niko. The limited series, with only 8 episodes, also stars Briana Cuoco, Ruth Connell, Jenn Lyon, Lukas Gage, Michael Beach, Joshua Colley, and Lindsey Gor in important roles.
