Keerthy Suresh teams up with Dream Warrior Pictures for a project titled Kannivedi. Details inside

Keerthy Suresh, who was recently seen in Maamannan, has signed her next. The actress is joining hands for the first time with Dream Warrior Pictures. Debutant Ganesh Raj has been roped in to helm the project and the movie was launched officially yesterday.

SR Prabhu of the production house, Keerthy and Ganesh were spotted at the launch event where Namita Krishnamurthy and Rakshan, who play key roles were also present. Madhesh Manickam will be cranking the camera for the film which has Manikanda Balaji handling editing and Sakthee in charge of art direction.

The makers are expected to reveal other details about Kannivedi soon. Billed as a thriller, the movie has Keerthy playing a media science student. How she faces a slew of dangers unexpectedly forms the movie's plot. Kannivedi is said to go on floors in a week's time. Ajay Ghosh and Adhith Arun are others who will be seen essaying pivotal characters in the project.

The actress, who did not have a release in Kollywood for almost a year after Saani Kaayidham, is back with Mari Selvaraj's film which has her essaying the role of a socialist.

She has Raghu Thatha, Revolver Rita and Siren coming up next. The first two outings have her playing the lead while Siren has her paired opposite Jayam Ravi for the first time.

Her next outing is Bhola Shankar which will be released on August 11 in Telugu. The movie, which is the official remake of Vedalam, has the actress sharing screen space with Chiranjeevi and Tamannaah for the first time. Directed by Meher Ramesh, it will be her second release in Tollywood in 2023 after Dasara.
