Though luck has usually smiled upon Kim Kardashian, it had soured a bit when the cast of American Horror Story: Delicate (2023) was announced. Fans on social media had created an uproar, asking for the Kardashian star’s replacement, wanting Salma Hayek to be cast instead, as the publicist Siobhan.

Kim Kardashian revealed to the audience and her sister Kourtney’s ex Scott Disick in this Thursday’s episode of The Kardashians that “all these people are out like, “You should give the role to Salma Hayek. Why don’t you give a real actress a job.”” She admitted to feeling bad and kept wondering what she had gotten herself into.

But it was the Desperado actress who boosted her spirits and toughened her up. Salma Hayek had rightfully justified, “Do not feel bad. Maybe this whole road has led you here because you are supposed to be an actress, and this is your real career.”

This cleared the mist off the SKIMS founder’s vision, and she set herself up for the challenge, with lots of excitement and determination. In the latest episode of The Kardashians, Kim was at Scott Disick’s house where she was happily poring over the watermarked pages of her AHS script, “It has my name!”

The character of Siobhan had Kim excited, “I like my character. I’m this publicist, she’s an ‘I don’t give a f—k' kind of girl. She just has no emotion. I’m channeling Tracy [Romulus] and Kourtney in my head.” But the Kardashian knows how much grind performing a character requires, and she is ready for it, “I just want to make sure that I’m prepared. I have a lot of lines, it’s a lot of work.”
