Michael: Here's when Sundeep Kishan, Vijay Sethupathi's gangster drama will hit the screens

The announcement of Vijay Sethupathi and Gautham Menon playing pivotal roles in Sundeep Kishan's Michael had left movie buffs excited in 2021. The gangster drama is now gearing up for a release; the makers have come up with an official release date.

The project will hit the screens on February 3. Director Ranjit Jeyakodi and Sundeep among others took to their Twitter handles to update the same with much excitement. The team has come up with a new poster as well. They had unveiled a single a few days ago.

The film's teaser, which was dropped a few months ago, set the mood and genre of the movie. Sethupathi and Gautham are expected to don negative roles, while Sundeep has come up with a ripped physique for his character. Divyansha Kaushik plays the female lead in the movie which has Sam CS scoring music.

Anasuya Bharadwaj and Varun Sandesh, too, will be seen in notable characters in Michael which has been bankrolled by Narayandas Narang and Bharath Chowdary under the banners of Sree Venkateswara Cinemas and Karan C Productions respectively. Kalyana Chakravarthy Tripuraneni has penned the dialogues for the project's Telugu version.

R Sathyanarayanan and Gandhi Nadikudikar have handled editing and art direction respectively for the movie which has stunt choreography helmed by Dinesh Kasi. Kiran Koushik has cranked the camera and Sam CS has composed music for the film.

Sundeep, who has had no releases in 2022, will next be seen in Captain Miller which has him sharing screen presence with Dhanush. The release date of his long-pending thriller flick Naragasooran still remains a mystery.
