Social media users are currently sharing a video of actor, producer, and director Dileesh Pothan watching Girish AD's Premalu in a Hyderabad theatre. Seated among the Telugu audience, he is evidently enjoying the film, which is produced by Bhavana Studios, his production company.
Prior to its OTT release, the makers of Premalu dubbed it into additional South Indian languages in an attempt to further benefit from its success. The film's reception in the Telugu states was greatly enhanced when S S Karthikeya, the son of renowned director S S Rajamouli, decided to be the film's distribution team in these states. Rajamouli also offered his support for the movie in an effort to raise curiosity about the Malayalam hit in the region.

Following an incredible run in Malayalam, the film has been released in Tamil and Telugu. The Tamil version of Premalu hit the big screen on March 15, while Telugu on March 8. Early reports suggest that it had a strong start at the Telugu box office. The paid premieres that took place in Hyderabad received overwhelmingly positive reviews, which led multiplex screens to have a high demand for the flick.

Mahesh posted on social media that he and his family had watched Premalu and that everyone had thoroughly enjoyed it. Mahesh tweeted, "Can't remember the last time I laughed so much while watching a film," and he also mentioned how excellent the young actors' performances were.
Just before the much-awaited Telugu release of the recently released Malayalam blockbuster Premalu, Telugu actor Naga Chaitanya showered the film with compliments. The actor expressed his enthusiasm on social media and praised the film's appealing elements.
He wrote, "Premalu is a fun blast! Situational comedy is on point. Go watch it with your gang in theatres for a guaranteed good laugh.”
The movie was lauded by his brother Akhil Akkineni, who described it as the "most relatable and hilarious" one. “Performances and simple yet meaningful writing make it very fulfilling,” he posted.
