Everyone was aware of what was about to be served with Spider-Man: No Way Home, the third film in Tom Holland’s Marvel Cinematic Universe trilogy, which still hasn't lost its buzz. The movie was the first to delve into the multiverse in a full-blown way, and anticipation was at its peak because the entire Spidey universe was about to merge. Even though we had some idea that the old Peter Parkers would enter the scene at some point, the moment they did was surreal. Both Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield took the world by storm as they entered the film and the MCU. The fans went crazy, and there was no way they were going to stop obsessing over this scene for a while. Jacob Batalon, who was also a part of the scene, now talks about shooting it.

Jacob Batalon On The No Way Home Entry Scene

Jacob Batalon, if you don’t recall, plays Ned Leeds, who is Tom Holland’s best friend in the franchise. In No Way Home, when he uses the Doctor Strange ring to summon Peter Parker, whom he knows as Tom, he accidentally ends up bringing in Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire instead. It is this scene that happens to be the biggest highlight of the movie, which is stuffed with iconic moments. Jacob now discusses shooting the same.

Jacob Batalon, who is now promoting Vampire Season 2, talking to Comicbook said, "I think everyone on set knew it was really special. It had never been done before. I feel like everyone understood the gravity of the moment, but we also kept it really light," Batalon said. "At that point in filming, because we were working during the pandemic, we were just all grateful to be there."

He emphasized how the scene from Spider-Man: No Way Home was as fun to shoot BTS as it appears on the screen. "Working on that scene specifically was such a delight because Andrew and Tobey are super great. I remember thinking that it was probably one of those moments where people will probably be talking about it for a long time," Batalon continued. "It was really fun. I feel like that was probably the time where I kind of got to know them the most."
