Toxic - There is a Salaar/Yash connect after all, but it's not what you were hoping for!

The title-reveal teaser of 'Toxic', the upcoming film directed by Geetu Mohandas and starring Rocking Star Yash, has got everyone buzzing and for all the right reasons. On the one hand, fans of the superstar actor are relieved that the ball has finally got rolling on the much-discussed 'Yash 19' project. On the other, the teaser has evoked a lot of excitement among them as they now look forward to a unique and promising commercial entertainer.

The said teaser, of course, has been the point of discussion ever since it dropped and eagled-eyed fans have then gotten busy deciphering various elements of the film. From the cryptic title to the use of certain motifs like a circus clown, a ticket to a fair and many more, the makers seem to have left behind a bunch of easter eggs for curious minds to work on.

In the same vein, the song that features in the teaser has also caused a lot of intrigue among them and fascinatingly, it turns out that it is none other than Shruti Haasan who has lent her voice to this special track. 

Although the makers have neither the music composer nor the singer behind the track, it was Shruti Haasan who indirectly disclosed that it's her voice that has captured the imagination of all the Rocking Star Yash fans. The 'Salaar' actress would share an Instagram story posted by one of her fan groups on the platform to reveal that she, too, is associated with 'Toxic' in her own little way.

"Like a moth to a flame, you’ll play his game; he’s a fix of Toxic you never had. Chaos is a man and you want him bad," go the lyrics of the teaser song which, many believe, has been composed by Charan Raj. The talented Kannada film music director has been rumoured to be part of the project but Team 'Toxic', again, is yet to share an official confirmation on this.
