Kaattaan which is also called Muthu alias Kaattaan, is a rural action drama about a police station which is on the verge of shutting down due to lack of cases. However, when the police find a severed head with no body around, the search for the man and the mystery unravels. Milind Soman, VJ Parvathy, Singampuli, and others are part of the cast.

Pretty Lethal is a 2026 action thriller film available in Tamil as well. The film is helmed by Vicky Jewson and is about a ballet group whose bus breaks down, forcing them to take shelter. But when a group of armed men attack them, the group must use their training to survive. Uma Thurman, Maddie Ziegler, Lana Condor, Iris Apatow, Avantika, Millicent Simmonds and others form the cast.

Sabdham is a 2025 Tamil horror thriller starring actor Aadhi Pinisetty in the lead role. The film is directed by Arivazhagan and features Simran, Laila, Lakshmi Menon, Rajiv Menon and others as well. Sabdham is about a paranormal investigator who is called to a medical college after students die mysteriously. While he encounters a resident doctor who is conducting her own research on sounds, Sabdham tracks the murky past of the college.

Naangal is a family drama directed by Avinash Prakash who has also written the film from his real-life experiences. It follows the dysfunctional setup of three teenage boys who live in their sprawling estate along with their authoritarian father.
