Asif Ali has revealed a significant update regarding the theatrical premiere of his eagerly anticipated film, Tiki Taka, much to the joy of his fans in May. The action thriller would be released on theatres by the end of this year, the Rekhachithram star disclosed in a social media post. The actor, who plays John Denver in Tiki Taka, shared on social media how much he likes the character. Asif also discussed the challenges of working on this movie, including overcoming an accident during preparation, preparing to fight, and going through a physical makeover.

"Eighteen months later, we're rolling in full swing again, and I've endured the process once more to meet what the movie demands-more sweat and blood-this time with a healing leg from meniscus and ligament tears," added the actor. The Thalavan star said that it will be a "never-before experience" for moviegoers. After Adventures of Omanakuttan and Iblis, this is director Rohit V S's third collaboration with Asif Ali. But there has not been a project update in a very long time until May this year. Tiki Taka was originally slated to make its theatrical premiere in 2023 and is regarded as one of Asif's highest-budget films to date.
