Bigg Boss Kannada 10: Knives out as Snehith Gowda launches personal attack on Drone Pratap

A few years ago, a young man from Mandya went from being hailed a hero to fraud in a matter of days only. Dubbed Drone Pratap, he had claimed to have made 600 drones using spare parts from mixer grinders and other such household items, but could not furnish any when asked to produce the proof. While he became laughing stock over this incident, Pratap continues to run the start-up Dronark, which specializes in drone technology, aimed to provide assistance to the farming community. In the time since his first brush with celebrity, Prathap’s public image pretty much remains the same, with people unwilling to believe that he’s up to any good. And he’s now determined to try and change that public discourse by appearing on Bigg Boss Kannada Season 10.

Since going into the house three days ago, Prathap has been one of the quieter, calmer contestants, but it was expected that his tryst with drones, which became major news, would become a subject of discussion in the house. In the promo for tonight’s episode, Varthur Santhosh, Snehith Gowda, Tukali Santhu, Snake Shyam and Pratap were seen seated together when the subject came up as a no-harm intended question, but it soon began to blow out of proportion when Santhu cracked a few jokes that Pratap wasn’t making them, but getting them shops and flying them. When Pratap then said that they ought to come and take a look at what was being developed at his office before making such statements, Snehith retorted that he was aware of the deception Pratap had been up to. After last night’s clash between Vinay Gowda and Sangeetha Sringeri, it seems that emotions are still flying high in the house, what with the on-hold contestants who were allowed to participate on the show, having to prove themselves worthy of it in the first week. Sangeetha and Pratap are part of the on-hold contingent.
