While 2025 featured some of the biggest hits in the Malayalam film industry including Lokah Chapter 1 - Chandra, Empuraan and Thudarum, 2026 promises to be even better. The film industry followed some of its best movies in 2024, including Manjummel Boys , Aavesham or Kishkindha Kaandam with Eko, Alappuzha Gymkhana, Ponman and Hridayapoorvam last year, with brilliant films like Kalamkaval lined up in February 2026 itself. It's no surprise that fans have been waiting for the latest Malayalam OTT releases every week.
