Aadujeevitham first review is out

Najeeb Muhammed, who recently watched Aadujeevitham, stated that the movie made him extremely emotional. The Malayali labourer, who is clearly moved by director Blessy's film, hailed leading man Prithviraj Sukumaran for playing the part to near perfection. Najeeb, who stated that Prithviraj portrayed his journey and life amid the desert extremely well, also added that the actor’s performance left him speechless.

The real Aadujeevitham hero stated that his family and friends are eagerly waiting to watch the Blessy directorial on the big screens, even though it is difficult for them to witness what he went through in his life. He also added that the Prithviraj Sukumaran starrer deserves all the success and that the leading man, filmmaker, and the entire team have gone through a lot of struggles while making the film.

Aadujeevitham: The journey so far

As reported earlier, Aadujeevitham was conceptualised in 2008, and Tamil stars Suriya and Vikram were approached to play the lead role. After both actors turned down the offer, the project eventually went to Prithviraj Sukumaran. After a very long pre-production and endless struggles, Aadujeevitham finally started rolling in 2018. But the project was delayed multiple times again, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and multiple lockdowns.

The leading man, Prithviraj, who weighed around 97 kilos while playing the happy phase in Najeeb’s life, later shed around 30 kilos to portray the character’s life as a slave at a Saudi Arabian goat farm. However, the team has not revealed the pictures or videos of Prithviraj’s ultimate transformation for the film so far. Amala Paul plays Najeeb’s wife, Sainu, in the film. AR Rahman composed the songs and the original score. Sunil KS is the cinematographer for the film, which is set to release in five languages.
